Carrie’s Restorative yoga class encourages physical, mental, and emotional rest.  Appropriate for all levels, practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Some of the benefits you might experience from a regular Restorative yoga practice are: a Deeply relaxed state, stillness of the mind, a release of muscular tension, and balancing of the nervous system.

One student's experience:
“This gentle yoga class uses breathing and supported poses to relax the body and the mind. I always enjoy Carrie’s restorative yoga class… It’s the perfect class if you want to destress and improve your wellbeing. Carrie’s restorative yoga class is a restful retreat. The class allows you enough time in each pose to release tension, calm your mind and rebalance yourself. You will sleep like a baby after this class!“
